Yes, Hopdoc's messaging and video platform uses the latest encryption technology making it fully HIPAA compliant.

 

No, you can add as many users as you'd like. The number of users allowed to conduct video visits is limiited according to your plan. Additional video visit licenses can be purchased individually and added if needed.

 

No, there's no limit to the number of patients you can have in your practice database.

 

Yes. Hopdoc is 20% cheaper when you pay anually.

 

Hopdoc can be purchased on a month-to-month plan. At times, we do offer a dscount for purchasing a ful-year up front. Hopdoc Pro and Enterprise require a two year agreement.

 

The Standard Plan hosts your practice portal within the Hopdoc app. Your patiients connect to your practice by entering your unique provider code. Once, they launch Hopdoc app they will see and can choose to enter your practice portal. The Pro Plan gives your practice its own dedicated app. There's no code to enter and your patients will be taken into your practice simply by clickin on your branded app icon.

 

If you choose our Pro plan, your own practice app will approximately 3 weeks.

 

Messaging can handle the bulk of non-urgent patient communications greatly reducing the need for phone calls. And in general, messages can be handled at times of convenience for both the practice and the patients.

 

In-app messaging will offer a more secure environment and keep your communications from getting mixed up or lost within your patients other emails and texts. The patient will also receive notifications for new messages and clicking on those notifications will take the patient directly into your app. In-app messages also become part of conversations that are availabe and shared by all users in the practice.
